We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful Victorian solid black walnut dome top hand carved beautiful original condition deep molded frame mantle mirror that dates from the Civil War Era of the 1860's to 1870's. It came out of the same home where it hung since 1974, as I know the people that owned it. It is in beautiful original condition. It has gold highlights on the hand carved corner crests, on the bottom and on the beautiful applied top. Usually they are missing as they always fall off. The looking glass and the finish is great. There are no complaints on this one. the overall size is approximately 45 inches wide to the top of the crest is 34 inches. The looking glass measures 39 inches wide by 23 inches high on the mirror. It is a great mirror that would look great over a mantle, over a buffet or in a hallway. Shipping starts at $245 for a driveway delivery in our normal delivery area.
