We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful solid black walnut hand carved grape and leaf cluster rocker that dates from the 1860s to 1870s era. Someone has spent a lot of money reupholstering this in an antique beige with a colorful leaf and diamond leaf designs. They even included arm covers! The solid black walnut frame rocker is in the original old finish that has aged wonderful. It has a small crack in the front on the skirt that we will touch up prior to shipping. It has the original old rockers. The upholstery likely cost more than what we are asking for the rocker itself. We have other items in the same upholstery if you are looking for multiple pieces. The overall size is 23 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 20 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 21 inches deep, 41 inches high in the natural position and 19 inches high to the seat.
