Most layaway plans entail a 20% deposit on the total purchase price, with the balance split into a maximum of up to 12 months, with a minimum of $100 monthly payments. See examples below.
Examples:
- If your purchase is $1000, and you opt to pay over 3 months, your deposit is $200, with $267 for the next 3 months.
- If your purchase totals $750, you would pay $150 down, and then pay $100 per month for 6 months.
- If your purchase totals $5,000, your deposit would be $1,000 with monthly payments of $334 for 12 months.
While this is the format of most of our layaway plans, we are easy to work with. Maine Antique Furniture's layaway plan is flexible, and John does everything he can to work within your budget.
Once your plan is paid in full, shipping for your item can be arranged. In the event of cancellation or defaulted payment, we credit all the money you have paid toward a future purchase at MaineAntiqueFurniture.com, minus a 30% restocking fee.
