We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful newer heavily carved bed that definitely came from overseas. We purchased it out of a home on the east coast, but I have no idea what country it came from originally or exactly how old it is. I am guessing that it is probably 20-30 years old. It is all mahogany stained wood. The pictures will show how great it is. The overall size is 67 inches wide on the headboard (the widest part of the bed, 56 inches high on the headboard and 22 inches high on the footboard. The inside dimensions for mattress purposes are 60 by 80, which is queen size. It is a fantastic bed that we are pleased to be offering. It is a solid bed in a dark reddish brown stain finish. On the top right hand side there is a crack in the wood and there was a wood bracket installed on the backside to make sure it stayed sturdy, which it is. Please keep in mind that I am unsure of the origin or age. Shipping starts at $285 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
