We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful original old finish tiger sawn throughout the entire piece multi-lion headed carved sideboard that dates from the 1890s in original right out of the home condition.  It has a multi-detail carved backsplash above the shelved claw footed lion head supported mirror back.  It comes down into a serpentine dual  drawer with a large drawer underneath and two carved doors underneath that.  It has egg and dart molding all over the piece and an applied carving base.  It has a beautiful medium oak stain finish.  Other than a small piece of carving missing on the right foot, the only thing I can wrong with it is that the mirror has aged out the silver on the back.  I think it adds plenty of charm and character, but the mirror can be re-backed if you do not want the antique look (which I like) so ask for a quote.  If you are interested, please email and we will provide a quote.  The sideboard has the original finish, original cast brass hardware, lion open mouth shelf supports, posts coming down both sides of the base are open mouth lion and carving everywhere.  It is a fantastic original finish piece of oak.  There is no key.  The overall size is 44 inches wide on the base, 24 inches deep, 37 inches high to the top of the base and 78 inches high overall.  The height of the backsplash is 14 inches high.  The mirror is 30 inches wide by 17 inches tall.  The piece does not have castors, so it could be raised a bit if desired.  The very top by the claw feet cabriole leg post has a surface crack that is not structural, but we wanted to mention it.  Also an oil lamp sat for years on the left hand shelf that has a couple of circular stains.  It is a beautiful tiger sawn oak piece.  Shipping starts at $385 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.  Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
