We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful Victorian era solid black walnut carved marble top etagere that dates from the 1880s era. It has four shelves coming down both sides with a central mirror that is all supported with multi-turn post finials and a white and gray grained ogee bevel edge shapely marble base. The carved crest on top is really nice with incise carvings, raised panels and a crown molding that is heavy in details. It has applied carving applied the shapely mirror with carved corner posts. It has had a few issues where a couple of shelves have been cracked. They have been repaired and we can detail it out. It has the serpentine drawer base. It is ready to go into the home. The shelves progress in sizes from smaller to larger to the bottom. The two top shelves are supported by fretwork brackets. The overall size is 51 inches wide, 20 inches deep and 88 inches high overall. The three or four cracks that have been repaired over the years we will detail out. It is in the medium walnut stain. Shipping starts at $400 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
