SOLD Set of 4 Antique Oak Office Lawyers / Bankers Victorian Chairs
These four antique office armchairs are also known as banker's or lawyer's chairs, and feature solid tiger sawn oak construction, barrel backs, and sturdy arms. Dating from the 1920s era, these are all in professionally restored and refinished condition. These chairs are excellent, and most sized men or women could sit in these comfortably. We sell a lot of these office chairs, but they are usually in mahogany or maple. But we're always so happy when we find them in oak, as they are getting harder to find.
These chairs are so comfortable! Aside from the large, accommodation seats, the backs have an ergonomic contour back slats, rounded back rests that roll into the solid arms, and the solid H cross stretcher that holds the legs together, and are attached to the saddle seat. Each chair is constructed of solid oak!
The outside of the arms measures 23 inches wide and 19 inches on the inside of the arms. Front to back of chair measures 18 inches deep, to the top of the chair it's 33 inches high, 28 inches to the arm, and height to the seat is 18 inches.
All four chairs are being sold for one money; these have been professionally restored and refinished for years and years of carefree use.
