SOLD Antique Victorian Carved Lawyer's Banker's Office Chair

We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful previously refinished, within the last 5-10 years, oversized rolled arm press back slant back lawyer's/banker's swivel tilting office chair that dates from the 1890s to 1900s.  It is a large chair for those that are big and tall.  I have this same matching rocker in my bedroom that was bought brand new for my great grandfather, which is kind of neat.  I wish I had more room in my house so that I could have a matching pair!  The chair has rolled arms, multi turn spindles holding up the arms, center slats that are bent and curved to contour your back and it has a 10 inch high extra wide press back design in the center.  It is in either elm or maple and has been stained a medium oak stain.  The chair tilts, swivel and goes up and down five or six inches in height.  The dimensions are 25 inches wide, approximately 20 inches deep on the seat, 49 inches high to the top of the chair as shown in the photo and the height of the seat is 18.5 inches high, but it can go up and down 3 inches either way.  It has little nicks and dings as it has been refinished for 5-10 years.  It has four hard rubber wheel castors so that it rolls easily.  It is already to go into the office right out of the shipping container.  Shipping starts at $225 for a driveway delivery in our normal shipping area.  Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm that you are in our normal delivery.  Please check our other items as we do offer reduced freight for multiple items purchased to be delivered at the same time!
