SOLD Set of 12 Oak #1 Larkin Pressback Dining Chairs - Refinished

We are pleased to be offering today this set of 12 #1 Larkin pressback dining chairs that have been refinished by the previous owner.  They have come right out of a home on the east coast.  This set of twelve Larkin chairs consists of the most desirable pattern.  It gives you the twisted rope outside posts, oval shape diamond pressback, seat trims underneath each chair seat, multi-turn front leg spindles and triple leg cross stretchers in the front.  This set always came with either lace cane, which is a hand hole cane that is very expensive, or a pressed cane seat that is a sheet of cane that is pressed in and held by a spline.  This set of 12 chairs have 7 lace cane seats and 5 pressed cane seats. They are all in good condition.  The only thing we can see wrong with the entire set is that one front spindle is missing off one chair that we will replace prior to shipping.  The chairs were refinished by the previous owner in the last 15-20 years in a medium oak stain finish that has aged to a beautiful patina.  The chairs are all tight and ready to go into their new dining room.  You are getting this set for less than what it costs right now to buy a complete newly refinished set of #1 Larkins.  You are getting all 12 for one money.  This is an unusual size set, but we usually have a few in stock and can accommodate most size sets if you should need less or more chairs.  This set of 12 measures 18 inches wide, 16 inches deep, 44 inches high to the chair post and 18 inches high to the seat.  The overall condition is good.  There are some nail holes that were filled in when refinishing on a couple of the seats.  You are getting a great setting of Larkin #1 chairs.  Shipping starts at $395 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.  Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
