We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful pair of matching burl walnut twin size beds that date from the 1930s and were sold by the National Furniture Company out of New York. They are a beautiful pair with dainty little posted footboards with fancy cut out scrolls and gingerbread applied. They have a decorated flow displayed in a circle molding on the footboard. It have fluted posts. The headboard has dainty molding with applied carvings. The inside dimensions are 39 inches wide by 74 inches long. The outside dimensions are 42.5 inches wide, 34.5 inches high on the footboard post and 49.5 inches high on the headboard posts. They are in the original dark walnut stain color. It appears to have the original label on the inside of the rails. It has metal channel locks in place to hang the box spring in place or you could remove it and put in bed slats.
