The fan shaped crest above a row of short spool turned spindles flanked by volutes above burled panels along the crest rail. The rail ends applied with gold incised crown finials above the molded stiles centering the trapezoidal back panel in tufted indigo floral silk damask. The slightly curved padded arms continuing to gold incised and ebonized hand grips with scrolled volutes on baluster turned supports centering the over-upholstered round seat in blue silk damask. The chairs are raised on square block and ring turned tapered cylindrical front legs and incurved and backswept rear legs terminating in casters on one of the chairs and the second chair has no casters. SIZE: 27 ½”W x 28”D x 41”H. 24 ½”H at arm, 16”H at seat. CONDITION: Professionally refurbished and re-upholstered within the last twenty years. You are buying the pair for one money.
