SOLD Aesthetic Movement Carved Walnut & Cherry Heron Figural Pedestal
EXCEPTIONAL AESTHETIC MOVEMENT CARVED WALNUT & CHERRY HERON FIGURAL PEDESTAL. Third quarter 19th century, New York. The oval top with molded edge above a pair of stylized standing herons joined to a turned, fluted and leaf carved central walnut column joined to a circular platform base raised on outscrolled feet. SIZE: 36-1/2”h x 22” w x 15-1/2” d. CONDITION: Retains original cleaned surface with mellow patina. Generally good with normal and expected in-use wear. Shipping will be $145 within New England.
