We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful empire style triple splat back dolphin carved face with serpent tail detail back, rolled arm love seat/bench that dates from the 1880s in beautiful original condition. It is a great looking bench with the dolphin carved in the back that meet in the center medallion. They have the triple splat back just like a side chair. It has the rolled arms, saber style front legs and flared back legs. It has flame mahogany veneer all across the back. It is a real unique piece that would look great in a hallway, bedroom or living room. The overall size is 43 inches wide, 20 inches deep, 40 inches high to the crest, 25 inches high to the arm and 17 inches high to the seat. It is in the rich reddish brown luxurious stain.
