We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful little solid mahogany Victorian rose carved loveseat that dates from the 1880s in what appears to be the original finish. The fabric looks pretty nice and I believe it is a replacement. The fabric is a dark wine color. The wooden frame is all original in a dark brown mahogany color. It has three hand carved floral crests on top, pierce carving on the center crest, cabriole front legs, serpentine floral carved skirt. The overall size is 54 inches wide across the wings, 44 inches wide on the inside, 20 inches deep on the seat, 33 inches high on the outside crests and 19 inches high to the seat as it sits up in the middle. One joint has a crack, but it is structurally sturdy. Shipping starts at $295 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
