We are pleased to be offering today this turn of the century previously refinished tiger sawn oak extra tall back rocking chair that dates from the 1890s to 1900s. It is in beautiful condition right out of a southern Maine home. The overall size is 24 inches wide, 21 inches deep, 40 inches high, 14 inches high to the seat. It appears to have a leather insert seat that could be vinyl, but it is in a great brown color. It is in a beautiful oak stain that highlights the press back design and the grains of wood used.
