We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful tiger sawn oak turn of the century (1890s to 1900s) record player cabinet which when the door is opened has two shelves that is slotted to hold 78 records (78 is the speed of the record not the size). The cabinet comes with a collection of records in it. The cabinet is all tiger sawn oak. You can tell the door had some issues at one time and the previous owner corrected it along with refinished it and replaced a brass knob where the key hole used to be. People never used the locks anyhow. The overall size is 19 inches wide, 17 inches deep and 34.5 inches high. The nice thing about this type of cabinet is that it was designed to hold an antique Victor record player on top or something similar like an Edison.
