We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful walnut carved dressing mirror or gent’s shaving mirror in walnut that dates from the 1930’s era. It is a great little mirror with carving along the shapely glass top and both wings. On the front is a multiple bevel edge on the solid walnut lid that opens to reveal a storage area for your goodies. It has a couple of small veneer chips on the face of the box, but overall it is in good condition. It is 26 inches across the base, 9 inches deep, 27 inches high to the mirror and 4 inches high on the storage box. To give you an idea, the size of the looking glass is 15 inches wide by 22 inches high on the original glass that has some streakiness, which provides charm and character. You can sit it on top of a dresser or night stand. The cost to ship to our normal area is $45. Please check to make sure you are within our normal ship to zone.
