This is a wonderful deco-style vanity chest with a triple double-edge batwing mirror top and a burl walnut base that dates from the 1940s or '50s, out of England. The overall size of this great-looking piece is 44 inches wide, 20 inches deep, 29 inches high to the vanity and 64 inches to the top of the mirror. There is a solid walnut carved crest on top of the mirror, and burl walnut veneer covers the entire cabinet, including veneered sides. The piece is in fantastic condition, and we have refinished the top of the cabinet to expose the beautiful veneers. There are three dovetail drawers across the base, and the chair opening size is 17 inches wide and 21 inches high. There is some minor finish loss where the chair has gone in and out over time, but this vanity is in otherwise outstanding condition.
