SOLD Antique Victorian Walnut Bookcase w/ Jenny Lind Heads
We are pleased to be offering today a beautiful step back double drawer molded double glass door Victorian burl walnut that dates from the 1880s in what appears to be original condition. This was purchased out of an area estate. The nice thing about this, other than the burl panels all the way around, is the carvings on the doors and picture frame molded drawers. It has Jenny Linds heads on the posts, carved rosettes and is narrow. It comes with five adjustable shelves. The base is a double drawer burl walnut fronts with carved pulls. The base is 41 inches wide, 17 inches deep and 14.5 inches. The bookcase top with the double glass bookcase door is 38 inches wide, 13 inches deep and 92 inches high overall. The interior size of the shelves are 9 inches deep and 36 inches wide. It is a nice bookcase that shows a couple flecks of veneer missing on the posts. It comes with a lock, but does not have a key. Shipping starts at $395 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
