We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful condition fantastic carved oak sideboard that comes with great carvings dating from the 1890's. The top crest is a carving of a mother with leaf carving all the way across, each post has Jenny Lind end, claw feet on the bottom of the posts and cupids carrying fruit and berries on the base. The carvings themselves are an art statement that would likely cost more than the entire sideboard. This is a great collectible piece of oak. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 25 inches deep, 39 inches high to the base and 86 inches high overall. The mirror glass size is 39 inches wide by 17 inches high. The mirror shows silver loss which adds charm and character. It has the original hardware. The knobs on the left-hand drawer has spacers instead of a washer, but it works. It has all the escutcheons. The finish is a nice glossy finish. It has multi molded edges along the base, panel sides, carved columns and all intact. Shipping starts at $425 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
