SOLD Antique Set of 8 Mahogany Ball and Claw Dining Chairs
We are pleased to be offering today a wonderful set of solid mahogany Chippendale style ball and claw dining chairs that date from the 1880s in beautiful original condition. The set consists of two armchairs and six side chairs. The finish is a dark reddish brown mahogany finish. They are in outstanding original condition with a crush velour wine color fabric seat covering that is in nice usable condition. These are ready to go right around your table. Back in the day these chairs demanded a lot of money than what we are asking for today. They are stout and sturdy. The armchairs are 24 inches wide across the outside of the arms, 21 inches wide between the arms, 18 inches deep on the seat, 38 inches high to the chair back, 26.5 inches high to the arms and 19 inches high to the seat. The side chairs are 21 inches wide, 17 inches deep, 38 inches high to the chair back and 19 inches high to the seat. This is a stunning set of 8 that are in unbelievable condition. Shipping starts at $325 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
