SOLD Antique Chairs, Antique Victorian Gentleman & Ladies Finger Carved Parlor Chairs
We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful pair of solid black walnut gentleman and ladies parlor chairs that date from the 1870s era in wonderful unbelievable condition. Look at the frames as the patina is gorgeous. They haven’t been touched and are original. The fabric I am sure has been redone someone along the line. The ladies chair shows some lamination seams right where the pressure curves in the back, but they are all tight and sturdy. The upholstery is all clean. They are ready for the home right out of the shipping container. The gentlemen’s chair has the carved finger back balloon back, carved knuckle arms, bug bold supports on the front, cabriole legs and a serpentine front skirt. The same is on the ladies chair. The overall size of the arm chair is 25 inches across the arms, 20 inches on the inside of the arms, 25 inches deep, 43 inches high to the top of the chair, 23 inches high to the arm and 15.5 inches high to the seat. The ladies chair is 22 inches wide, 21 inches deep, 38 inches high to the back and 16 inches high to the seat. They come with the original brass castors. It is a great pair of chairs to grace your home. Shipping estimates starts at $295.00-$325.00 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
