We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful tiger sawn oak lion face multi-spindle carved spindle office or arm chair that dates from the 1890’s in original dark oak stain finish. It has a great look with a deep dish lion face back, multi-turn spindles in front, reverse curved cross stretcher with dainty spindles and a cabriole front leg. The overall condition is in good condition. The saddle seat has a lamination seam crack that we can detail out for the buyer if they so desire. There is a small chip missing off the lion head crest. The overall size is 24 inches across the arms, 18 inches deep, 35 inches high to the top of the lion crest, 28 inches high to the arms and 18 inches high to the seat. It is in the dark oak stain finish from the 1890’s. Shipping starts at $185 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
