We are pleased to be offering today this Danish style walnut and teak unusual tall chest that dates from the 1950s to 1960s and is in high demand in the modern world now a days. It has 3 dove tail large drawers with applied handles in the base, a step back V shape top with 3 dove tail drawers on the left hand side and a shutter door on the right hand side with two pull out trays behind when you open the door. It is mostly walnut in the wood department. The overall size is 43 inches wide at the widest point on the base, 39.5 inches wide on the top of the cabinet, 21 inches deep on the base, 18.5 inches deep on the top, 51 inches high overall, 18 inches high on the top cabinet and 32 inches high on the base cabinet. It is in really nice shape. We do not know much about this type of furniture, but we know that it is ready to go and those who specialize in this type of furniture go for a lot of money. We have seen some similar going for as much as $1800, so it is priced very reasonable. The chest has a few nicks and dings. The left hand side on the base has a worn finish spot above the three drawers base. Behind the shutter door are two pull out drawers that slide a bit rough probably from lack of use.
