We are pleased to be to be offering today a beautiful civil war era unbelievable original condition burl walnut accent cut out trim with a white and gray grained bevel edge top with the original cast iron drip pans walnut hall tree in beautiful condition.  It dates from the 1870's and is in outstanding condition.  It has eight solid black walnut hand turned dowel pegs to hang your hats and jackets on.  The top has a thick crown molding with a turn center finial, applied hand carving on the center peg on the top, burl walnut panels that are unusual to find on this style and a fancy cutout scroll top.  The original mirror is encased in a black walnut wood frame trim that comes down into another pierce carving and then a white ogee bevel edge top and a pull out drawer with a fancy scrolls that support the umbrella racks with multi-spindle posts and scroll carving on the base.  The original cast iron drip pans say the patented date is 1870 by C. Blake. The overall size at the widest point is 37 inches wide, approximately 88 inches high to the top and 32 inches high to the marble.  The size of the marble is 16 inches wide by 11.5 inches deep.  The size of the looking glass is 18 inches high and 11 inches wide.  It is a beautiful original finish hall tree that we are happy to have.  Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal area.  Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm that you are in our normal area.
