We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful tiger sawn solid oak stylish excessively carved arm chair that dates from the 1890’s in original condition right out of the home. It is a great looking chair with carved knuckles arms supported with extra large heavy posts, a front leg that ends in a ball foot, a cross stretcher with tapered turn spindles that supports the back legs to the front legs and a great carved deep dish back. The overall condition is nice original with minor nicks and dings. It has a scooped out saddle seat. The overall size is 24 inches wide, 19 inches deep, 35 inches high to the chair back, 27 inches high to the arm and 18 inches high to the seat. This chair would look great in a hallway, bedroom or office. We will make sure it is nice and tight prior to shipping. Shipping starts at $145 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
