We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful and unusual Victorian age single door round corner bevel glass wardrobe in the most unusual species of wood: bird’s eye maple.  Very rarely do you see bird’s eye maple of this age, but here it is!  It is a single door with 1.25 inch exposed bevel glass mirror with a serpentine drawer in the bottom base.  This cabinet dates from the 1890s in the original medium amber color.  The mirror is awesome with some silver loss right about shoulder height.  Some people have them re-silvered or replaced with a plain mirror.  Either way we can quote you a price, but you are looking at the $200-$250 range.  I personally like it like it is.  It is a good workable mirror with wear marks for charm and character.  It has the original cast brass hardware on the drawer and drawer.  When you open it up, it has hangers on both sides.  It has six hooks total and hanging rod in the center. The interior dimensions are 29 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 55 inches high.  The outside dimensions are 34 inches wide, 21 inches deep and 73 inches high.  The overall condition is great except for the silver loss on the mirror.  The back spade foot legs have a couple of chips off the feet where someone dragged the wardrobe at one time.  Otherwise, it is very nice looking.  Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.  Please contact us prior to purchase with your zip code to confirm what it would cost you if outside of New England for shipping.
