It is a bird’s eye maple carved claw foot bevel glass mirror wardrobe dating from the 1890s in original condition. It shows some scratches on the sides and some edge stains where it must have been up against a wall on one side that could be touched up. Overall it is a nice original wardrobe. It has a carved crest on top with a crown molding on top that follows the contours of the door that is also dome curved on top with a bevel glass mirror. It comes with the original key. It has a dove tail drawer on the base that retains the original hardware. The whole cabinet sits upon a detail claw foot on the front. The door when opened, exposes a wide open cavity with hooks to hang your clothes from. A hanging rod could be installed. Other than the rub marks on the sides that aren’t major and a couple of spots where they must have painted at one time at the bottom of the door it a nice Victorian age wardrobe. Overall size is 33 inches wide by 23 inches deep and overall height is 76 inches. The size of the bevel glass mirror is 19 inches wide by 45 inches tall.
