We are pleased to be offering today this wicker two tier original finish sewing basket made by the Heywood Brothers out of Gardiner, Massachusetts dating from the 1890’s. It has the original label underneath that is all intact. It has four flared legs with curlicues all intact. The wicker itself is basket woven and has little side walls. There are some minor rub marks here and there in the wicker. The overall size of the top basket is 18 inches wide, 14 inches deep. The bottom basket is 13 inches wide and 11 inches deep. The overall height is 27 inches high to the top basket and 15 inches high to the bottom basket. It is a nice clean piece. Shipping starts at $55 for a driveway delivery in our normal area.
