SOLD Set of 8 Black Lacquer Chippendale Dining Chairs – Twin Arms
We are pleased to be offering today this set of 8 matching Chippendale queen Anne black lacquer or Japanese dining chairs that dates from the last 30 to 40 years. These came out of a home in eastern Connecticut. The set consists of two master chairs and six side chairs. They are very sturdy and tight. They are in really nice condition showing just minor nicks and dings on the lacquer. The seats have been upholstered with an antique cranberry with an antique floral arrangement. The seats are easily replaced by unscrewing the seat and stapling on new fabric. Usually this type of chair comes out of Italy, but I do not know where these came from. We will check out these chairs to make sure they are all tight and sturdy prior to shipping. The overall size of the side chairs are 19 inches wide, 17 inches deep, 39 inches high to the chair back and 19 inches high to the seat. The arm chairs are 20 inches wide, 19 inches deep, 40 inches high to the chair back, 26 inches high to the arm and 19 inches high to the seat. The fabric has a few small stains that I believe will shampoo out. You are getting all eight chairs for one money.
