SOLD Pair of Period Country Acanthus Carved Twin Beds
We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful pair of twin size acanthus carved beds that date from the 1860s era. Someone has redone the rails so that they will accommodate a modern day mattress. The overall size is 39 inches wide, 76 inches long, 51 inches high to the top of the posts, 49 inches high to the top of the shield, the top of the rails is 22 inches high. It is a great looking pair with fancy cutout shield, fancy carved posts with mushroom cap tops, maple on the posts and most likely pine on the shields. It is a great looking pair that is all ready for a modern day mattress. The rails bolt on for extra strength and sturdiness. Shipping starts at $325 if you are in our normal area.
