We are pleased to be offering today this tiger sawn oak lion head sideboard in original finish in unbelievable condition with a bevel glass mirror carved back with lion head body pillars oak sideboard or buffet that dates from the early 1900s. It is in immaculate condition. The only thing I can see wrong with it is that on the right side someone went to pick it up and a couple of small pieces of veneer were flicked off which we will repair prior to shipping. It has two small serpentine drawers on the very top and then one large serpentine drawer beneath it and then two carved panel doors that open to reveal a large storage area. The backsplash is very nice with a round corner mirror with beautiful tiger sawn grain oak back. The top shelf support is supported with two lion gargoyle bodies that end in a curl carved foot. The original wooden knobs are all intact, the cabriole legs are all good and overall the condition is amazing. The overall size is 45 inches wide, approximately 23 inches deep, 39.5 inches high to the top of the base and the overall height is 62 inches high. It has the original paper labels on the back where it was sold by the Pennsylvania Furniture Company out of York Pennsylvania.
