SOLD Mahogany Leaded Glass Sectional Bookcase Globe-Wernicke
We are pleased to be offering today this original finish mahogany stained five section complete leaded front sectional bookcase with the rolled front and base that includes the hard to find drawer. It dates from the 1890’s to 1900’s. It is in the original dark reddish brown stain finish. There is a scratch on one side of one section where someone wasn’t careful. Two original knobs are missing and it has the normal nicks and dings. The labels are on the back sections. It consists of three D-8.5 sections and two D-10.25 sections plus the drawer base on the bottom. The overall size is 34 inches wide, 11.5 inches deep and 66 inches high. The depth of the base and top is a bit deeper being 13 inches deep. The size of the two wooden doors are 9.75 on the small door and 11 inches on the large door for outside dimensions. It is really getting tough to find leaded sectional bookcases with the waterfall top and base. The glass is good. I believe the scratch will pretty much disappear when cleaned with Howard’s. You are getting the waterfall top, waterfall drawer base and 5 leaded door sections all for one money. Shipping starts at $295 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
