SOLD Mahogany Chippendale Ball and Claw Tilt Top Table
We are pleased to be offering today this solid mahogany tilt top Chippendale talon ball and claw foot stand that dates from the 1930s to 1940s. The top came in all scratched up so we stripped, sanded, stained, color matched and applied multiple coats of satin sheen lacquer. We also adjusted the latch for the tilt top as it was a little loose when it arrived. It is all set to go into the home. The base has the original dark reddish brown stain. The top is 22.5 inches around and 28 inches high when it is set up like a table. When you flip the top up for a display backdrop, it 39 inches high.
