We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful triple drawer swell front ball and claw mahogany chest that dates from the 1940s in beautiful condition. The top has been sanded down and refinished to remove all the nicks and dings and bring out the gorgeous grains used. It is all beautiful and gorgeous to look at now. The rest of the cabinet is in original finish and the colors all blend. It has 45 degree angle corner with molded edge on the top and applied carving on the 45 degree angle columns coming down and across the front of the swell front chest. The three dove tail drawers have a heavy duty cast brass hardware handle that was well known in the Chippendale style. The chest terminates in wonderful ball and claw carved feet. The overall size is 46 inches wide, 23.5 inches deep and 35.5 inches tall. It is a great looking chest that is all set to go into the home.
