We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful gold heavily unbelievable carved over the mantle mirror that I believe dates from the 1920s to 1940s. It could be a little bit older. It is in fantastic condition being gold gesso carved with a big scroll carved finial center with leaf carving coming down both sides and floral carvings and leaves all the way around. It appears to be all perfect, but I am going to say there is a little bit of carving missing just in cased I missed something. Could you imagine this sitting on top of a fireplace mantle or above your sideboard in the dining room? The overall size is 39 inches wide by 37 inches high. The looking glass is old and wavy and in really good shape. The more I look at the frame the more I think it is from the 20s or 30s. Shipping starts at $85 for a driveway delivery in our normal area.
