We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful Victorian flat top walnut desk dating from the 1880s in beautiful condition. I am not sure if it has been refinished or not as it appears to be in original condition, but it is great for the age. It has four dove tail drawer going down the left-hand side and four going down the right-hand side. The center drawer has round dove tail as expected from the Eastlake era. It has burl walnut trim on the fronts with an ogee bevel edge around the routed top. It has a black felt interior on the writing surface that is nice. The finish on the sides is amazing. It has panel sides, rope twisted molding, detail cast brass hardware, escutcheons are intact. There are no keys or locks. The desk is 48 inches wide, 27 inches deep and 30 inches tall. The space for your legs is 19 inches by 25 inches. It is a great-looking desk for your home or office. Shipping starts at $295 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.
