SOLD Antique Victorian Rolled Arm Lawyers Office Chair
We are pleased to be offering today a wonderful Victorian turn of the century rolled arm lawyers swivel tilt office chair that dates from the 1890s to 1900. This chair has been completely torn apart, hand stripped, hand sanded, hand glued, hand stained, hand rubber between coats of multiple satin sheen lacquer to produce this gorgeous medium oak stain color finish that is moisture resistant. This chair is ready for years of carefree enjoyment. These Victorian office chairs are becoming harder and harder to find for this age and with the rolled arms. The overall size is 24 inches wide across the arms and the shapely scallop seat is 20 inches deep. It features the curve back slat that follows the contours of your back, multiple turn spindles that hold up the rolled arm. The chair is constructed out of elm and maple that have been stained in a wonderful oak color. The overall height is 42 inches high as shown. The seat will go up and down another 3 inches each way.
