SOLD Antique Victorian Merklen Style Claw Foot Barley Twist Parlor Stand
We are pleased to be offering today this barley twist with fluted columns, metal detail claw feet, held together on the bottom shelf with dragon heads on all four corners, ogee multi-bevel edge square top, rope twist bottom molding and is finished in a reddish brown mahogany stain. The top appears to be re-sprayed and shows the normal nicks and dings. It dates from the 1890s. The overall size is 30 inches wide, 30 inches deep, 30 inches high to the top and 12 inches high to the bottom shelf. It is a stout and sturdy table. Shipping starts at $185 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could increase quickly as the size requires freight delivery service.
