We are pleased to be offering today this outstanding early Victorian three-piece marble top bedroom set of the highest quality, dating from the 1870s. This set is in its original condition and exhibits craftsmanship far above the average for its era.

Key Features:

Full-Size Bed:
Dimensions: 75 inches long by 54 inches wide (inside dimensions for mattress purposes), 61.5 inches wide, and 82 inches high to the carved crest on the headboard.
Design Details: Features racetrack molding, hand-carved majestic top crest, fruit and berries carvings on the headboard and footboard, large carved finials, carved columns, and a round corner footboard.
Condition: Excellent overall, with a missing wing on the top of the side rail (not noticeable when the bed is made) and a tiny chip on the inside of the footboard.

Four-Drawer Dresser:
Dimensions: 44.5 inches wide, 89 inches high, and 19.5 inches deep.
Design Details: Burl walnut fronts on the ditty boxes, white and gray grained marble top with 45-degree angle corners and bevel edge, racetrack molding on hand-cut dovetail drawers, carved wooden floral handles, a secret drawer at the base, and a mirror on a swivel with matching hand-carved crest.
Condition: The marble top is in very good condition. The bottom drawer has a small chip on the right-hand corner, which can be detailed out prior to shipping.

Marble Top Commode:
Dimensions: 32.5 inches wide, 42.5 inches high, and 17.5 inches deep.
Design Details: White and gray grained marble top with 45-degree angle corners and bevel edge, racetrack molding on hand-cut dovetail drawers, double door base with a divided section, and an unusually tall marble top back with a full shelf and wing supports.
Condition: Impeccable, with slight staining underneath the shelf on the back of the marble.
