SOLD Antique Victorian Marble Top Burl Walnut Sideboard
We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful petite burl walnut marble top bevel glass mirror sideboard dating from the 1880s. It has burl walnut trim across the drawer fronts of the dove tail drawers, burl panels on the doors and even comes with a working key. The top has all kinds of leaf incise carving, a beautiful carved crest that is open pierce carved, an extra-large shelf on top for ample storage and a white and gray grained marble top. I assume the marble was replaced somewhere along the line as the finish on the marble is extra nice. The hardware is all fancy and embossed. The overall size is 43 inches wide across the marble, 18 inches deep, 38 inches high to the marble and 83 inches high to the top of the mirror. It is in the original finish with a warm patina. The hardware is original and aged. Shipping starts at $365 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
