SOLD Antique Victorian Fully Loaded Marble Top Half Commode
We are pleased to offer this exquisite Victorian half commode, crafted from solid black walnut and dating from the 1870s. This piece features a white and gray grained marble top with a wide ogee bevel edge and 45-degree angle corners. The commode boasts a carved column design with racetrack molding, a dove-tail drawer with a hand-carved handle, and a panel door with circular molding and an original knob. The interior includes a shelf, and the base is adorned with columns with buttons and rosettes. The commode is in remarkable condition for its age, with mint finish and panel sides.
