We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful heavily carved drop lid writing desk with drawers and bookcase storage compartment. It is in solid mahogany dating from the 1890s in right out of the home condition. It is a quality piece with panel sides, great brass hardware and carved paw feet. The overall size is 32 inches wide, 17 inches deep and 58 inches high. The writing lid is 27 inches high. It is a great looking piece with lovely grain showing, carved columns coming down both sides, panel sides and the lid reveals a multi-cubby hole interior with a carved door. It comes with a key. The overall condition is real nice but will show minor nicks and dings from age. Shipping starts at $365 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
