We are pleased to be offering today this masterful pair of matching walnut carved chairs that date from the 1890s to 1910s in wonderful condition. They came out of a home on the east coast. We received five outstanding pieces of furniture from this home. These chairs are American but have the foot of a Spanish chair. They have pierced carved crest on top that show fleur-de-lis and carved nuts. The chairs feature solid multi-turn posted back legs, multi-turn front legs, big carved knuckle arms and a dark wine upholstery that is in outstanding condition. They have big bold legs and spindles. The overall size is 27 inches wide across the arms, 21 inches wide on the seat, 18 inches deep on the seat, 46 inches high to the top of the carved crest, 30 inches high to the arms and 20 inches high to the seat. I do not see anything wrong with these chairs. You get the pair for one money. Shipping starts at $275 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
