SOLD Antique Pair of Renaissance Marble Top Nightstands – Rare
We are pleased to be offering today one of the rarest items in the Victorian world that I have found. This pair of renaissance marble top nightstands dating from the 1880s in original finish. This pair has olive ash burl with walnut accent trim, fluted columns, lollipop corners on the white and gray grain marble top, finished raised panel sides, hand cut dove tail and carved drawer handles. We had to make three little round ball knobs, and we glued up a corner on one of the tops. The cabinets came with a great renaissance bed set in their date. It has three drawers and a pull-down double drawer in the middle that opens for storage and there was felt inside at one time. The cabinets are stunning from all angles. The overall size is 17 inches wide, 14.5 inches deep and 33.5 inches high. These would make a great addition to your bedroom. You get the pair for one money. Shipping starts at $325 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.
