This is a gorgeous oval oak library table in original condition, dating from the 1910s. It has the oval design on the top, and scrolling beveled edge shape on the bottom shelf, four long cabriole legs that come down into an empire curl foot. Inside the 3.5 inch skirt is a dovetail drawer, right in the center, and it is of tiger sawn oak construction throughout. The overall size is 38 inches wide, 25.5 inches deep, and 30 inches high. The overall condition is good, and you can see where the solid top is laminated together, although it is very tight and sturdy. It’s a great original piece, but if you want it restored or refinished, it can be easily done at home, but we will be happy to give you a quote.
