We are pleased to be offering today this wonderful drawer leaf Jacobean style extra fancy carved oak drawer leaf table that is used all the time in the antique world as a work table/library table/conference table with six arm chairs or to simply spread out their work by pulling the two drawer leaves out to increase the table size by 3 feet. The legs are bold and turned and the table dates from the 1930's. The legs are solid oak and 6 inches thick. The legs are joined together with a U shape stretcher with a wonderful much better than average center finial that stands alone with a wonderful carved crest. It has carved details along the edge of the skirt of the table, knuckle moldings on the ends, drawer leaves disappear when not in use. The overall size of the table when closed is 5 feet wide, 38 inches deep and 30.5 inches high. When the drawer leaves are pulled out it provides 18 inches on each end for a full length of 96 inches. The finish is all original and show minor wear marks here and there. Shipping starts at $345 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
