SOLD Antique China Closet, Mahogany Marble Top China Buffet
This antique china closet or buffet is constructed of mahogany, with a marble top. This sideboard buffet dates from the 1880s-1890s era and is most likely of European decent. The base has two hand cut dovetail drawers and two large panel picture frame molded doors that opens to expose a single shelf storage space. This antique sideboard buffet has a gray and black marble 45-degree angle corner routed edge top. On top of the marble is a china closet buffet that retains the original wavy glass and comes with keys. A wonderful picture frame insert is held up by two finials, as shown, and it has a crown molded top. Two fully adjustable shelves come in the china closet top. The overall size is 52 inches wide at the base, 21 inches deep, 36 inches high to the marble top, 15 inches high between the marble top and china space and the overall height is 93 inches high. It is a great looking piece in the original finish. It does show normal nicks and dings for being over 120 years old.
