SOLD Antique 1800s Victorian Walnut Slant Top Secretary Bookcase Desk
We are pleased to offer this stunning Victorian walnut slant top secretary bookcase desk from the 1800s, in excellent original condition. This piece features a commode base with a long drawer above a cupboard door on the right and three small drawers on the left. The desk is adorned with burl walnut accents on the dovetail drawers, slant top, and panel door. The carved columns and heavy crown molding enhance the top glass door bookcase section.
When the slant top is opened, it reveals a cubbyhole interior with double drawers and a green felt liner (not original but in good condition). The two glass doors enclose adjustable shelves. The desk is finished in a light walnut stain, giving it a beautiful, classic look.
