SOLD Antique Dining Room Chairs, Set of 6 Victorian Carved Dining Chairs
This set of six gracefully carved antique Victorian carved needlepoint upholstered dining room chairs date from the 1880s in beautiful, wonderful finish. These Victorian dining room chairs have a nice look with six different carvings on the backs, featuring leaves, berries, and flowers. They are in original condition with a double balloon back with a dainty hand carved crest. The legs are fancier than usual with a serpentine front skirt and cabriole pad foot legs. The seats are done in the needlepoint upholstery. The upholstery is in good condition but could use a cleaning. The overall size is 19 inches wide, 18 inches deep, 19 inches high to the seat, and 36 inches high to the chair back. The overall condition is good. The legs are loose, but we will tighten them up prior to shipping. You are getting all six chairs for one money. They have a rich reddish brown mahogany stain. Shipping starts at $265 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges.
